Policies

Note: These policies may be changed without notice at any time.  We appreciate your adherence to these policies.

Policies for Class Packages

All class packages expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.  

  1. •      Packages are not refundable.

  2. •          You may invite friends or family to attend classes as your guest and pay with a class from your package so long as you attend class with them.  Packages may be permanently transferred to another person.   Original expiration dates apply, and no extensions are allowed on transferred passes.


Policies for Monthly Passes

  1. •     Monthly passes entitle you to attend an unlimited number of classes and expire if not renewed each month on the same day as purchased. 

  2. •         Monthly passes are not refundable.

  3. •     Monthly passes cannot be frozen.

  4. •     Monthly passes do not allow for guests.

 

Policies for Yearly Passes

  1. •    All dues paid are non-refundable.

  2. •   Yearly passes are not transferable, and do not allow for guests.

  3. •   Yearly passes entitle you to attend unlimited classes each day.

  4. •   Yearly passes may be frozen up to two (2) times for any reason provided, however,     that the expiration date can be no later then eighteen (18) months from the date of original issue.  A request for a freeze must be delivered in writing to Home-Simply Yoga stating the requested beginning and ending date. If your freeze request does not conform to the Policy, you will be notified that the request has been denied in writing.
