Moon Days for 2010
Full moon and new moon days are observed as days of rest in the Ashtanga yoga tradition. Therefore, all Mysore style Ashtanga classes are cancelled on those days. Led Ashtanga classes as well as all other regularly scheduled classes are still held on Moon days.
